- Nền tảng kỹ thuật tốt
- Cởi mở trong hầu hết khía cạnh.
Thỉnh thoảng vẫn cần túc trực, thật ra với mình thì cũng bình thường, nhưng nếu phải chọn Yes/No thì đây là điểm chưa công bằng.
Suggestions for improvement:
Nên nghiêm túc đánh giá chiến lược phát triển, sao cho tận dụng được nguồn lực đang có, chứ không chỉ tập trung vào việc tinh giản chi phí.
