Học dc nhiều thứ khi làm với hệ thống lớn, lương tuy ko cao nhưng thưởng tốt nên thu nhập cũng cao. Thời gian làm việc cũng thoải mái
OT ít, nếu có và dc sếp duyệt thì nhận dc tiền OT. Tuỳ level sẽ ko dc tính nếu có OT
Suggestions for improvement:
Bớt áp lực trong công việc, bớt truy thu nhân viên
Môi trường làm việc tốt, phù hợp đi từ fresher lên
