Chế độ phúc lợi tốt, có nhiều dự án để học hỏi, manager linh động khi nhân sự chưa phù hợp với dự án, thời gian làm việc flexible
Tôi thấy OT khá linh hoạt, được ghi nhận bằng phép hoặc tiền. Tùy vào DC/BU đang làm việc.
Suggestions for improvement:
Môi trường có số lượng nhân sự lớn, lộ trình tăng lương đôi khi chưa thật sự cạnh tranh so với mặt bằng chung, đặc biệt với các nhân sự ở mức trung bình khá.
