Backoffice quan tâm đến nhân viên.
Không có chế độ OT. Nhân viên tự giác làm thêm giờ cho công việc.
Suggestions for improvement:
Một số leader chưa có tầm dẫn dắt. Tránh xa team có leader lùn tên T, ông này bảo thủ, tự cao, tự đại, lúc dễ nóng, lúc lại cợt nhả, hay cậy là ma cũ, bắt nạt ma mới; tiêu biểu của một "bad leader".
