Tôi thích làm việc tại đây vì môi trường làm việc thân thiện và hỗ trợ lẫn nhau. Các đồng nghiệp của tôi rất nhiệt tình và luôn chia sẻ kiến thức với nhau, điều này giúp tôi cải thiện kỹ năng mỗi ngày. Tôi cũng thích vì công ty tạo cơ hội để tôi học hỏi những điều mới và phát triển trong công việc. Ngoài ra, công việc khá thú vị và đôi khi có thử thách, giúp tôi luôn có động lực. Nhìn chung, tôi cảm thấy thoải mái và được trân trọng khi làm việc tại đây.
Tôi thấy chế độ OT hiện tại khá hợp lý và giúp đảm bảo tiến độ công việc khi cần.
Suggestions for improvement:
Tôi mong công ty có thể cải thiện phúc lợi để hỗ trợ tốt hơn cho nhân viên. Ngoài ra, việc nâng cao chế độ đãi ngộ sẽ giúp tăng động lực và sự gắn bó lâu dài.
