What I liked:
Chính sách, phúc lợi rõ ràng, đầy đủ.
Môi trường làm việc thoải mái, năng động.
Đồng nghiệp trẻ, vui vẻ.
Các bạn trẻ vào đây sẽ học được rất nhiều kinh nghiệm.
Làm ở đây 5 năm, thấy đồng nghiệp vào rồi đi mà toàn nhảy được lên chức cao hoặc lương +20-50%.
OT có trả lương, rõ ràng. Khi dự án nhiều thì vẫn có thể OT. Ngày trong tuần sau 7h tối bắt đầu tính OT.
Suggestions for improvement:
Mặt bằng chung về lương quá thấp. Tăng lương mỗi kì không được nhiều.
Từ sau covid thì công ty chưa có nhiều phát triển nổi bật, deal lương cao sẽ rất khó.
Có định hướng rõ ràng theo nguyện vọng của nhân viên
