Công ty rất hòa đồng, mấy anh/chị dễ thương

What I liked:
Mấy anh/chị take care người mới nha. Đợt tui đi làm bị ngay 3 tháng sg mưa nhiều kinh khủng :)))mà làm biếng mặc áo mưa nên dầm mưa (trung bình tuần bệnh 1 lần với đi làm mà ho, hắt hơi nhiều điên). Cái hôm đi ăn được mấy anh/chị được hỏi thăm sức khỏe.
Có quầy đồ ăn có thể đến lấy ăn, trên đó có cả mì gói, cà phê nữa (tại không biết sài máy pha nên không uống thử nhưng nghe là cà phê xịn).
Được share data của công ty cho xem (lâu lâu mấy ảnh sẽ quên thêm nên cứ nói nha).
Được tham gia trực tiếp làm việc thật, tui được làm trực tiếp bên product nè. Biết được quy trình cụ thể của một game đã release sẽ như nào
Mấy anh/chị không ép OT á. Hôm nào gấp gấp lắm thì có thể ở lại hỗ trợ. Còn thường thì không bắt buộc
Suggestions for improvement:
Công ty không có mentor 1:1 nên lúc đầu hơi hoảng vì không biết hỏi ai (với tui bị nhát nữa).
Về phụ cấp thực tập thì ( nếu anh có thấy được review này thì em xin thú thật là nó ít thiệt :")) giữa tháng em đã đớt mì gói).
Sẽ có một vài anh/chị không thích intern/fresher lúc đầu.
Rất đáng để làm việc ở đây

The salary is really good, the manager always tries to increase my salary before I request. There are many training courses about soft skills, celebrated by the CEO, and self-training about technical.
Suggestions for improvement
Boss is like a sun. Way too hot sometimes. So it's best if he just stays and works from home a couple of days. Please keep doing what you are doing :)
