What I liked:
- Làm cho Châu Âu nên tech stacks up-to-date, luôn được học thêm cái mới.
- Văn hóa công ty rất dân chủ: self-management, chủ động quản lý công việc, chủ động thực hiện công việc, không có người cầm tay chỉ việc.
- Được bao đi Châu Âu chơi mỗi năm, mỗi lần đi khoảng 1-2 tuận. Nhân viên thử việc vài ngày cũng được đi, chi phí được lo từ A tới Á. Hầu hết là đi Thụy Sỹ và Thụy Sỹ thì đẹp như tranh vẽ.
- Có budget learning lớn, muốn học gì cũng OK.
- Nhiều events nhỏ vui vẻ, không bắt buộc nhưng tỷ lệ hưởng ứng tốt.
- Máy móc thiết bị đầy đủ: Macbook Pro M3 36GB mới nhất. Có thể xin thêm màn hình.
- Office siêu chill, có nhiều sofa dể ngủ, có đàn piano, có bàn đạp xe để vừa code vừa tập thể dục.
- Công ty hầu như không có overtime.
- Nhân viên tự sắp xếp công việc và tự quản lý công việc của chính mình.
Suggestions for improvement:
- Cưng chiều nhân viên và thoải mái thời gian quá nên ít được gặp đồng nghiệp =))
- Nên có thêm các hoạt động team bonding mỗi tuần/tháng/quý
