What I liked:
- Máy siêu xịn, hồi mới vô cho MacBook Pro M2 32GB RAM, khá sốc :) Bạn khác vô sau được M3 luôn :v
- Công ty cho engineer contribute code vô tất cả repo của các dự án khác luôn và các team review cho mình như individual contributor của các dự án open source, khá ngầu :)))
- Mọi người rất nhiệt tình support mỗi khi mình cần, nếu không biết support sao thì giới thiệu người biết chỉ cho mình.
- Manager trực tiếp luôn meeting 1-1 mỗi tuần với từng thành viên trong team hỏi thăm cuộc sống và công việc mình làm thấy ổn không, có vấn đề gì không,...
- Luôn khuyến khích học hỏi. Có một bạn Thụy Sĩ trong team từ Google qua nói với mình: "There is no stupid question" <3
- Cảm giác ownership đối với mỗi dòng code hay feature mình làm vì được đụng end-to-end cả code, test, deploy các kiểu luôn và cảm giác cái mình làm tạo được impact cho công ty.
- Các team trao đổi với nhau như một team lớn thật sự, rất cởi mở và không che giấu cái gì kể cả business logic, miễn nó giúp ích cho sự phát triển của công ty.
- Pantry đầy đủ đồ ăn, máy ép, máy pha cafe, máy luộc trứng,... các kiểu
- Văn phòng luôn sạch sẽ, toàn view "triệu đô" ngó ra trung tâm Sài Gòn :)))
- Xài tiếng Anh mỗi ngày.
- Đi ăn trưa với nhau hay đem đồ lên công ty ăn thì đều nói chuyện với nhau rất vui kể cả người mới lẫn làm lâu năm. Không có cảm giác bị bỏ rơi :)
Không OT. Manager trực tiếp của mình luôn nhắc nhở mọi người làm trong giờ làm việc thôi :)

Xin lỗi nhưng hiện tại không biết cần cải thiện cái gì luôn :v
Khi nào có thì sẽ nói :v
