What I liked:
Công ty gì nhìn đâu cũng thấy "khuyết điểm":
- range lương cao, benefit tốt: "phải" tiếp tục cống hiến cho công ty đến bao giờ?
- đồng nghiệp ở Thuỵ Sĩ và Việt Nam đều giỏi và thân thiện: sao nỡ chuyển việc khác giờ?
- công việc thú vị, cập nhật công nghệ liên tục: profile ko đủ chỗ để update
- không OT, flexible working time: policy gì làm nhân viên sướng quá sinh "hư", toàn WFH, có khi VP đìu hiu ko thấy ai.
- 1 năm có +20 ngày phép: gần cuối năm còn nhiều phép là tới công chiện. sếp "bắt" phải plan xài hết nhen
- văn phòng rộng đẹp, view đẹp: chill chill ăn uống ngắm cảnh 1 hồi delay task nha
- máy móc, trang thiết bị toàn xịn xò: xài riết nghiện, ko xài đồ "budget" được. hic
- năm nào cũng có chuyến đi Thuỵ Sĩ: cứ vậy chắc sớm đổi passport trước khi hết hạn
- company trip của riêng location ở Việt Nam: mới đi chơi về chưa hoàn hồn đã đi chơi tiếp
- có budget cho training theo năm và tham dự tech event ở các nước trên thế giới: lại mất công đi xin visa
- văn phòng có máy đạp xe, ghế massage, piano, play station, màn hình cong, tv 65 inch, karaoke: công ty gì toàn gợi ý nhân viên relax
- văn phòng có cafe, sữa tươi, yogurt, trứng gà, trái cây, snack...: pantry gì nhìn vô như cái quán nước, máy móc pha chế gì cũng có
- hàng tháng có hoạt động kết nối, buffet lunch: ăn nhiều lên cân
- pickleball club: 1 tuần 4 buổi, ko biết bỏ bữa nào, đành chọn hết
- kho đồ đạc dùng chung, nhân viên đăng ký mượn thoái mái: chưa thấy công ty nào có cả. thiệt không biết "khuyết điểm" là gì luôn :D
không có OT, miễn sao làm việc đủ 40 giờ/ tuần.
Suggestions for improvement:
đương nhiên công ty nào cũng có vấn đề cần improve nhưng với SMG thì không có vấn đề gì đáng kể để nêu ra ở đây
Môi trường làm việc thân thiện, cơ hội học hỏi nhiều, lương thưởng cạnh tranh.
