What I liked:
1. Công ty biết lắng nghe nhân viên qua các hình thức đa dạng như hộp mail góp ý ẩn danh, đối thoại trực tiếp, ad hoc 1:1 với Managing Director.
2. Đồng nghiệp hỗ trợ nhau trong công việc, chỉ có văn hóa hội nhóm trao đổi tech stacks chứ không có văn hóa bè phái nấu xói.
3. Phúc lợi trên cả tuyệt vời: WFH 2-3 ngày/tuần, phép năm 18-25 tùy thâm niên, trang thiết bị hiện đại phục vụ tối ưu cho công việc, offsite event hằng năm ở Châu Âu (Thụy Sỹ, Áo, Đức, Pháp...).
4. Công ty chú trọng tạo điều kiện để nhân viên phát triển sự nghiệp, đồng thời có đủ thời gian và năng lượng cho cuộc sống cá nhân (work-life balance).
5. Công ty thường xuyên mua các trang thiết bị phục vụ cho cuộc sống hàng ngày và du lịch để cho nhân viên mượn khi cần.
Công ty tạo điều kiện để nhân viên phát triển sự nghiệp, đồng thời có đủ thời gian và năng lượng cho cuộc sống cá nhân (work-life balance).
Suggestions for improvement:
1. Tuy công ty có vị trí văn phòng đẹp (tầng 18 tòa nhà Viettel, view Bitexco), lại có trang thiết bị hiện đại nhưng thiết kế trang trí văn phòng lại khá xấu và màu sắc lộn xộn, nhìn chẳng ra được concept gì cả.
2. Các nội quy, chính sách thay đổi liên tục nhưng lại chưa thấy đc sự cứng rắn, hiệu quả trong việc chế tài các trường hợp không tuân thủ.
3. Các văn bản thông báo thường khá dài dòng nên đôi khi nhân viên cũng lười đọc và sau đó lại bị bỏ quên.
