What I liked:
Công ty cho remote, làm việc ở nhà thoải mái với làm sao đảm bảo output là được.
Sếp thật sự giỏi, đồng nghiệp giỏi nhiều kinh nghiệm, lương hài lòng.
Công ty trả OT rõ ràng, ít khi OT.
Nếu OT thì do tự nguyện do lỗi cá nhân gây ra.
Suggestions for improvement:
Chỗ để xe cần gần cty hơn.
Văn hoá cty cần được đẩy mạnh xây dựng hơn.
