What I liked:
Thật ra nếu đúng về line manager của mình thì luồng, sản phẩm, những thứ đảm bảo sản phẩm vận hành tốt thì cũng rất strong. Chỉ là các higher management level lại rất thích chen vào những tiểu tiết nhỏ dưới working level, và không dựa trên bất kì thống kê/báo cáo/insight nào cả mà thường là cảm nhận cá nhân nhiều hơn
Không phải OT nhiều, ngoài giờ cũng khá ít bị làm phiền
Suggestions for improvement:
Nhiều thứ cần cải thiện về quy trình, trách nhiệm của từng team, quản lí nhân sự,...
