What I liked:
- Thời gian làm việc linh hoạt
- Có chính sách làm việc hybrid (3 ngày ở văn phòng, 2 ngày ở nhà)
- Team Pháp vui vẻ, hòa đồng
- Công việc thoải mái
công ty k OT. Thời gian làm việc từ 9h-6h ở văn phòng, nhưng thực tế khá thoải mái, k bị chấm công
Suggestions for improvement:
- Manager tổng k bảo vệ quyền lợi của nhân viên
- Chịu ảnh hưởng quản lý từ phía UK nhiều
Phúc lợi ổn, công việc ổn định, hạn chế OT
