What I liked:
- Sếp biết lắng nghe, và thật sự có nỗ lực cố gắng
- Môi trường thuần tech, ít thị phi, phù hợp với bạn nào thích cảm giác êm đềm, không phức tạp
- Đang phát triển nên nhiều cơ hội
Suggestions for improvement:
- Nhiều thời điểm phải OT. Dù là ít nhưng vẫn không thích lắm
- Đôi khi sếp hơi to tiếng với nhân viên
- Công ty chưa có văn hóa rõ ràng, có vẻ là đang xây dựng. Dù sao công ty cũng còn trẻ mà
Môi trường trẻ trung, nhiều cơ hội để phát triển

The salary is really good, the manager always tries to increase my salary before I request. There are many training courses about soft skills, celebrated by the CEO, and self-training about technical.
Suggestions for improvement
Boss is like a sun. Way too hot sometimes. So it's best if he just stays and works from home a couple of days. Please keep doing what you are doing :)
