What I liked:
- Môi trường làm việc chuyên nghiệp
- Tiếp cận được quy trình phát triển chặt chẽ
- Có cơ hội phát triển hơn nữa khả năng của bản thân
- Học hỏi thêm nhiều kỹ năng mềm cũng như kiến thức mới
- Sếp và nhân viên vui vẻ.
- Phúc lợi cho nhân viên rất tốt (thưởng, company trip, party, picnic,...)
Chế độ OT vừa phải, không thường xuyên.
Hầu như không có OT.
Suggestions for improvement:
Hiện tại chưa có, phát huy hơn nữa chất lượng các hoạt động của công ty.
