Good pay and career growth, though some internal processes still need work

What I liked:
The salary is competitive and managers are upfront about how salary reviews work, you're not left guessing the criteria or the timeline.
As an outsourcing company, you almost always end up working with strong people, so you naturally learn a lot on the job. The project variety is good too, they try to match you with projects that fit where you want to grow, so you're not stuck doing the same thing forever.
Job security is solid. When a project wraps up, they move quickly to get you onto something new. There's also a real career path with mentoring, so you know where you stand and what it takes to level up.
It's usually driven by client demands rather than the company itself. It's always voluntary and the pay is fully compensated.
Suggestions for improvement:
Internal processes can be a bit heavy at times, there's some unnecessary back-and-forth that slows things down, though it's noticeably getting better. Cross-team communication is another area that could be smoother; teams don't always stay in sync well, but they seem to be actively working on it.
The one thing I'd genuinely like to see more of is benefits beyond base salary, things like performance bonuses and team-building activities are still pretty limited compared to what some other companies offer.

Suggestions for improvement
Boss is like a sun. Way too hot sometimes. So it's best if he just stays and works from home a couple of days. Please keep doing what you are doing :)
