What I liked:
The OT policy is transparent. We are paid fairly for every extra hour worked, which makes me feel respected.
Overtime is rare here. When it happens, the compensation is attractive and the process to claim it is very simple.
Suggestions for improvement:
It would be great if the company could organize more team-building activities or company trips to connect people from different departments.
