Amazing Workplace and Awesome Colleagues

What I liked:
I'm working in the NFQ Da Nang office, here are my honest feelings about working here:
Supportive Colleagues: as a Junior Software Engineer with less than 1 year of experience, I can learn a lot from my Seniors and Managers at NFQ. They are supportive and can answer many dumb questions of mind.
Learning Opportunities: I've been working on 3 projects with 3 different tech stacks, I used ReactJs and NodeJs in my internship time, worked with Google Appscript and Looker Studio for an internal project, Jquery PHP Smarty Template for some time, and now I'm working with PIMCORE PHP Symfony project. I got the opportunity to try many different things and I love it.
Relaxation: From time to time, the company will organize a happy hour section with Food and Music. 1 a week, we will have a beer section (the frequency depends on your team) to connect people. The company has a PS5 with many different games, and people here are particularly addicted to PES. FREE COFFEE with a COFFEE MACHINE.
Parking Lot: We have a designated area for parking vehicles (bike only) in the basement of the building, it's really safe, and the staff in the parking lot are amazing and responsive, you just need to notify them you want your bike 10' beforehand, they'll get you your bike.
Languages Learning: We have colleagues from different parts of the world and clients from Europe, so you will get a chance to practice ENGLISH every single day.
Salary and Compensation: The compensation package is really solid, and you will be paid on the prior day of the last day of the month (a really good feeling).
I've been working in NFQ for almost a year and have never done any OT. I don't need to work OT and the company does not force me to do that.
Suggestions for improvement:
As a Junior Software Engineer, I wish there would be more workshops and training sessions for Engineers at my level. For example, I've never used PHP before, and I'll be joining a project that uses PHP, I hope that I can have the trainings and guidance beforehand.
