Managers tốt, biết lắng nghe nhân viên. Công ty thường xuyên có hoạt động ăn uống. Môi trường vui vẻ, thoải mái.
OT policy rõ ràng, tùy từng dự án thì có thể có OT hoặc không. Cũng thấy ít có OT
Suggestions for improvement:
không có ý kiến gì thêm vì khá hài lòng, không có môi trường nào hoàn hảo 100%
Công ty, sếp và các PM luôn tạo điều kiện tốt cho mọi người làm việc.
