Học được nhiều, mng quan tâm nhau
K phải OT, nhưng dễ phải hỗ trợ KH ngoài giờ (bị khách hàng réo liên tọi)
Suggestions for improvement:
Luồng hỗ trợ giải quyết vấn đề KH cần cải thiện, 1 cái ticket có khi nửa tháng chưa xong nữa
mình làm KD, kp IT
