What I liked:
Văn phòng làm việc hiện đại. Môi trường trẻ, thoải mái, năng động, không OT, không làm cuối tuần. Cái này mình rất thích.
Công ty không yêu cầu OT. Trường hợp có OT thì cũng được thanh toán.
Suggestions for improvement:
Mình mới vào nên cũng thấy mọi thứ đều ổn, không có nhiều áp lực trong công việc.
Nhân viên mới đều được cấp macbook

The salary is really good, the manager always tries to increase my salary before I request. There are many training courses about soft skills, celebrated by the CEO, and self-training about technical.
Suggestions for improvement
Boss is like a sun. Way too hot sometimes. So it's best if he just stays and works from home a couple of days. Please keep doing what you are doing :)
