What I liked:
- Pantry nhiều mì gói, trà cà phê
- Work space rộng, năng động
- Có nhiều dự án để học, để làm
Chung quy lại vẫn là môi trường làm việc tốt, lấy được kinh nghiệm với những bạn trẻ.
Cty vẫn là dạng startup nên quy trình vẫn chưa dc tốt
Suggestions for improvement:
- Dự án luôn push liên tục, thay đổi requirement liên tục. Dev build xong thì đổi UI, có những lúc không tận dụng lại được những cái đã build từ sprint trước
- Task có lúc cần làm rất nhiều trong 1 sprint, có sprint thì không có gì để làm. Hoặc chờ các sếp trên feedback, để có cái sửa
- Quy trình làm việc vẫn còn nhiều chỗ rườm rà, support các bên đôi khi hết cả ngày nhưng không giải quyết được, dẫn đến công việc không hiệu quả
