Our leaders at every level, including the senior leaders from Harvard University, well-known institutions, and corporations, will provide training and support to your growth. Domestic and international trainings will be included and based on your performance.

Compensation includes monthly (base) salary, year-end bonus (13th month-salary and more), and performance-based bonuses.

Monthly (base) salary is negotiable and up to $ 2,000.
Factors for consideration are level, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Your compensation and promotion will be reviewed and adjusted at any time as you grow and develop within the role.

Additional benefits include, but not limited to, soft-skills, English, and technical trainings.
