What I liked:
Mình là intern của khối BO, mình quyết định đầu quân cho LARION bởi sự take care của HR ngay từ process phỏng vấn, các chị siêu nhiệt tình và phản hồi rất nhanh. Khi interview còn được chị interviewer tiễn về và liên tục nói cảm ơn khiến mình cảm thấy được trân trọng.
Khi Welcome onboard tại LARION không hề có cảm giác bị lạc lõng mà ngay từ ngày đầu đã được HR chào đón nồng nhiệt, được company tour và giới thiệu mình đến từng anh/chị trong công ty. Ngoài ra còn được tặng bộ Welcome Kit siêu bự. Trong quá trình làm việc được sắp xếp Buddy, Mentor hướng dẫn, hỗ trợ trực tiếp on-job training cầm tay chỉ việc.
Công ty cũng cung cấp đầy đủ các văn phòng phẩm, thiết bị làm việc và chỗ ngồi làm việc rất rộng rãi, ngăn nắp. Pantry của công ty rộng rãi, có view ngắm công viên phần mềm chill chill.
Làm việc tại LARION bản thân mình được trải nghiệm và cảm nhận rõ văn hóa “Hợp tác cùng thành công” của từng thành viên và mọi người cư xử với nhau như người thân với nhau không hề có khoảng cách.
LARION là một môi trường phù hợp cho các bạn là intern như mình được học hỏi, làm việc và phát triển bản thân rất nhiều. Ngoài ra, allowance của LARION cũng khá cao so với mặt bằng chung thị trường và nghỉ trưa cũng nhiều 1 tiếng rưỡi nên không thấy mệt khi làm việc vào buổi chiều
Sau tất cả ,mình chỉ muốn nói rằng: "So proud of to be a LAR-er"
Công ty hiếm khi OT và thời gian làm việc cũng rất thoải mái linh hoạt tùy theo phòng ban
Suggestions for improvement:
Công ty cần bố trí thêm nhiều ghế trên pantry do giờ trưa mọi người ăn khá đông nên thường hay thiếu chỗ. Còn lại mọi thứ với mình đang rất tuyệt vời và hy vọng có thể gắn bó lâu dài với một môi trường làm việc tốt như LARION
