What I liked:
- Các sếp còn trẻ nên thân thiện với nhân viên, chia sẻ nhiều thứ ngoài công việc rất hòa đồng thân thiện.
- Mỗi tuần có 2 buổi happy hour để mn ăn uống vui vẻ với nhau
- Nhiều cơ hội đi onsite Nhật, kể cả các bạn dev không có tiếng Nhật nhưng kĩ thuật ổn - tốt vẫn có thể đi (Sẽ có BrSE đi chung)
Các sếp thân thiện, môi trường làm việc giúp học hỏi được nhiều thứ
Suggestions for improvement:
- Văn phòng theo mô hình Nhật nên nếu chưa quen sẽ thấy hơi bí bách
- Ghế trong văn phòng nhỏ nên ngồi khá đau lưng
- Nhiều dự án liên quan đến intra-mart (50-60%), khá ít dự án về ngôn ngữ khác
Vị trí trung tâm đi lại dễ dàng, tòa nhà hơi cũ, chỗ để xe hạn chế cho khách.
