What I liked:
- Sếp và đồng nghiệp thân thiện và luôn hỗ trợ nhiệt tình.
- Môi trường chuyên nghiệp.
- Phúc lợi tốt.
- Lương thưởng đầy đủ.
- Rất nhiều quy trình, tuy cũng áp lực nhưng rõ ràng.
Overtime được log trên hệ thống một cách công bằng và rõ ràng
Suggestions for improvement:
Mỗi năm chỉ review lương 1 lần, phần trăm lên khá chậm, trừ khi nhảy bậc hoặc được promote. Làm những người làm lâu năm dễ cảm thấy mất động lực.
