What I liked:
- Môi trường thân thiện, hòa đồng, vui vẻ, mọi người xem nhau như gia đình, làm chơi cùng nhau, hợp tác, không có hiện tượng quan liêu làm khó nhau hay chia rẽ bè phái.
- Văn phòng tại eTown Tân Bình rộng rãi, sạch sẽ, pantry rộng, có đồ ăn vặt và cafe, sữa pha máy free cho nhân viên.
- Sếp Hàn ít nói nhưng hiền và dễ chịu, các leader, manager Việt Nam dễ thương hòa đồng và tốt tính.
- Công ty có mời giáo viên về dạy tiếng anh cho nhân viên.
- Các ngày lễ tết có thưởng, có company trip hằng năm.
- Lương review mỗi năm 1 lần, tỉ lệ % tăng nhiều.
Khối lượng công việc trong mức hợp lý, không bao giờ có OT
Suggestions for improvement:
- Công ty có nhiều bạn người giỏi và tiềm năng nhưng các project và công nghệ được sử dụng chưa phát huy được hết khả năng của các bạn.
- Thời gian công ty không linh hoạt, bạn phải đi làm đúng giờ (cái này mình note thêm cho các bạn tham khảo, với mình văn hóa này cũng ok)
