Icon Consulting Group was built on a simple foundation: connecting the best SAP talent with the organisations that need them. With 200–250 active contracts across three continents, our staffing practice gave us deep relationships with enterprises and systems integrators worldwide. But we kept hearing the same thing from mid-market clients: "We need more than contractors. We need someone who understands our business and can help us navigate this transformation." The larger generalist firms were built for enterprise programmes; pure technology firms didn't lead with business outcomes. The mid-market needed a specialist. So we built a consulting practice designed specifically for that need. Senior business architects — former CxOs who have been in our clients' shoes — leading engagements. Nearshore delivery centres providing the technical horsepower at mid-market economics. And a deliberate philosophy: lead with business outcomes, then deliver them in SAP. 

Today, we operate as an augmented SAP boutique — an SAP PartnerEdge partner and part of the Dirbato Group, a Japanese consulting firm with 1,500 consultants. We bring the best of both worlds: boutique attention with the backing of the SAP ecosystem and enterprise-scale capability.
