What I liked:
Văn hóa tốt, có đầy đủ các CLB hoạt động thể thao như yoga, tennis, biker, pickleball, v.v.
Là trung tâm Phường Bến Thành (Quận 1), thuận tiện đi lại, khu vực ăn uống nhiều, cũng có thể ra công viên đối diện tập thể dục.
Giờ làm việc linh hoạt, không có chế độ hybrid nhưng bù lại nghỉ phép nhiều.
Cấp màn hình, máy tính, laptop đầy đủ phục vụ công việc.
Phòng làm việc sạch đẹp, nhiều tầng, mỗi phòng ban khác nhau.
Chính sách phúc lợi tốt, đóng full BHXH, BHSK, v.v.
Sếp giỏi, đồng nghiệp thân thiện, hỗ trợ lẫn nhau, làm việc chuyên nghiệp.
Đòi hỏi kỹ năng technical cao, mindset tốt, tự động hóa nhiều nhất có thể để giảm thời gian làm việc và giảm thiểu rủi ro.
