What I liked:
Đồng nghiệp thân thiện, sẵn sàng hỗ trợ và các anh chị hướng dẫn rất nhiệt tình. Khối lượng công việc và môi trường làm việc khá nhẹ nhàng, giúp người mới có thời gian học hỏi và làm quen với quy trình phát triển phần mềm.
Tuy nhiên, nếu định hướng phát triển lâu dài thì cơ hội có thể chưa nhiều do quy mô và tính chất dự án. Dù vậy, mình vẫn khuyến khích các bạn Intern hoặc Fresher cân nhắc HQSOFT vì đây là nơi rất tốt để xây dựng nền tảng và tích lũy những kinh nghiệm đầu tiên.
