What I liked:
Văn phòng rộng rãi, thoáng mát. Sếp tốt ( tùy cảm nhận của mỗi cá nhân). Tuy nhiên bạn nên chủ động chia sẻ vì sếp cũng khá bận :(
Thích hợp cho ace đã có gia đình, hay bận đột xuất. Công ty sẽ nice to help cho off nhưng bạn vẫn đảm bảo tốt công việc là được.
Suggestions for improvement:
Ít quan tâm tới training, đào tạo, khi làm ở HQ bạn sẽ nâng cao skill khả năng tự học. Công ty chưa có chế độ chăm sóc sức khỏe định kỳ cho nhân viên.
lương trả OT chưa đúng quy định, t7 chỉ được trả 150% OT. OT trong giờ hành chính thì không được tính sẽ được trả thưởng dự án sau đó.
Nói chung công ty cũng tốt, nhưng quy trình làm việc chưa mạch lạc
