What I liked:
Mấy năm gần đây có nhiều dự án sử dụng nhiều dòng MCU mới nên học hỏi được khá nhiều kinh nghiệm. Training thì rất nhiều và cũng thiết thực. Sup có chuyên môn và kinh nghiệm rất cao và support rất nhiệt tình (nhiều lúc nhảy Vô dev với debug phụ luôn). Lương thì ổn do cũng được 15 tháng lương/năm.
Học hỏi được khá nhiều. Đồng nghiệp chuyên môn cao
Suggestions for improvement:
Mình thấy tốc độ tăng lương chậm. Mong công ty sớm điều chỉnh chế độ lương thưởng cho nhân viên hấp dẫn hơn
Tốt cho người muốn phát triển theo hướng automotive
