Một nơi làm việc vui vẻ, sáng tạo, thoải mái.

What I liked:

Môi trường thân thiện, đồng nghiệp vui vẻ, môi trường sáng tạo. Được tạo điều kiện học hỏi nhiều công nghệ mới. Sếp vui tính,.. Đây là 1 nơi làm việc rất tốt.
Thời gian OT là rất ít, làm đúng giờ có thể về. Hầu như kgi bạn quen rồi thì không OT.

Suggestions for improvement:

Công ty Nhật nên bạn nên học tiếng Nhật thì làm việc sẽ hiệu quả hơn.
Bạn có thể dụng dụng tiếng Anh nhưng rất ít. Không phù hợp cho các bạn thích làm việc trong môi trường tiếng Anh.

What I liked

The salary is really good, the manager always tries to increase my salary before I request. There are many training courses about soft skills, celebrated by the CEO, and self-training about technical.

Suggestions for improvement

Boss is like a sun. Way too hot sometimes. So it's best if he just stays and works from home a couple of days. Please keep doing what you are doing :)
