What I liked:
Mức lương thực sự tốt, người quản lý luôn cố gắng tăng lương cho tôi trước khi tôi yêu cầu. Có rất nhiều khóa đào tạo về kỹ năng mềm, được CEO ca ngợi, và tự học về kỹ thuật.
Cty hầu như không OT. Mức lương phù hợp, công việc thoải mái nhưng về lâu dài sẽ nhàm chán
Suggestions for improvement:
Cần xây dựng thêm hình ảnh công ty tốt hơn và có nhiều chương trình giúp nâng cao kiến thức và kỹ năng cho nhân viên
