What I liked:
The hybrid working model stands out as one of the company’s strong advantages. Employees are trusted with the flexibility to choose between working remotely and coming to the office, depending on project requirements. This flexibility not only improves productivity but also helps maintain a healthy balance between professional and personal life.
In addition, the company maintains clear and transparent policies. The overtime guidelines are well-communicated and generally reasonable, which helps employees understand expectations and plan their work accordingly.
Another positive aspect is the company’s effort to provide a suitable working environment. Developers are equipped with necessary tools and stable systems that support their daily tasks and help ensure work can be completed efficiently.
No OT, working hours are stable, and the overall workload is manageable and well organized.

Many employees do not feel safe sharing feedback anonymously, as they are afraid of being singled out or labeled as having a “negative” or “opposing” voice.
The people management structure here is quite complex. In the past one or two years, there has been a tendency to single out individuals who are perceived as less assertive or easier to target.
During refinement sessions, leaders usually focus on the sprints and sometimes single out those with less voice in the team, creating the impression that certain individuals are publicly scrutinized to increase the leader’s influence.
