What I liked:
Sếp xịn, luôn luôn lắng nghe - sẵn sàng chia sẻ.
Không quá quan trọng về giờ giấc, đi sớm về muộn thoải mái.
Văn phòng view đẹp, phong cách hiện đại, các thành phần kiến trúc thường khá đơn giản, các khối, mảng, tạo nên không gian nội thất, không cầu kỳ, rườm rà, không gian lưu thông thuận tiện.
Team building tóe lửa.
Hài lòng về chế độ OT vì công ty không có OT. Anh em làm việc trên tinh thần tự giác.
Suggestions for improvement:
Điều chỉnh chế độ ăn uống hợp lý để tránh tăng cân không cần thiết.

The salary is really good, the manager always tries to increase my salary before I request. There are many training courses about soft skills, celebrated by the CEO, and self-training about technical.
Suggestions for improvement
Boss is like a sun. Way too hot sometimes. So it's best if he just stays and works from home a couple of days. Please keep doing what you are doing :)
