What I liked:
Tổng thể môi trường hòa đồng, vui vẻ, thân thiện.
Thưởng lễ, tết, sinh nhật.
Sếp gần gũi, có kiến thức, kinh nghiệm, tầm nhìn, có định lực, tinh thần tốt, hỗ trợ team tốt.
Có các dự án tầm cỡ để bạn thực hành, phát triển.
Phụ thuộc vào từng giai đoạn của dự án, linh động, có trả thêm lương OT.
Suggestions for improvement:
Quy trình làm việc còn thiếu sót, khó khăn trong giao tiếp, sắp xếp công việc cá nhân.
Đòi hỏi nhân viên phải linh động, chủ động giao tiếp và trao đổi với các đồng nghiệp, với sếp để giải quyết vấn đề.
Đòi hỏi phải nhạy bén để biết được tình hình cv hiện tại nhằm điều chỉnh công việc kịp thời .
Cần tinh thần trách nhiệm cao.
Lương hơi thấp.
vui vẻ, thoải mái ít gò bó, tổng thể khá tốt
