What I liked:
Công ty có định hướng rõ ràng, sản phẩm tốt và thị trường quốc tế (global), đặc biệt mạnh ở mảng security và compliance.
Môi trường làm việc chuyên nghiệp, quy trình bài bản, leadership đa phần đến từ các công ty công nghệ lớn nên tiêu chuẩn và cách làm việc khá cao.
Chính sách phúc lợi và đãi ngộ cạnh tranh so với thị trường, phù hợp cho những ai muốn phát triển sự nghiệp lâu dài.
Đồng nghiệp thân thiện, sẵn sàng hỗ trợ, văn hóa tôn trọng sự khác biệt và đa dạng.
Công ty không khuyến khích OT kéo dài. OT thường chỉ xảy ra trong một số giai đoạn cao điểm hoặc khi có issue gấp liên quan đến production.
Suggestions for improvement:
Yêu cầu công việc cao, tiêu chuẩn đánh giá khắt khe, có thể gây áp lực cho những bạn chưa quen môi trường global. GeoComply là môi trường phù hợp với những ai muốn làm việc trong công ty global, tiêu chuẩn cao, học hỏi nhiều và phát triển lâu dài. Tuy nhiên, các bạn nên chuẩn bị tinh thần cho áp lực công việc và yêu cầu cao về chất lượng, đặc biệt ở các vị trí kỹ thuật và product.
