What I liked:
Mình bắt đầu intern ở công ty từ năm 3 đại học, sau đó trở thành nhân viên chính thức sau khi tốt nghiệp đại học. Ở đây, tôi đã được các anh chị senior và leader hỗ trợ, hướng dẫn nghề nghiệp. Từ 1 sinh viên chỉ có khải niệm và lý thuyết, tôi đã có thể áp dụng những kiến thức đó vào công việc thực tế. Các anh chị trong team rất hòa đồng và mặc dù chỉ là intern nhưng các event và company trip tôi đều có thể được tham gia. Công ty thường hay có những team lunch và những hoạt động rất hay và ý nghĩa.
Công ty rất rõ ràng trong lương thưởng và đóng các BH rất rõ ràng, lương cũng trả vào cuối tháng và không khi nào trễ lương.
Điều tôi thích ở công ty đó là có ngân sách L&D để tôi có thể sử dụng học những khóa học phát triển bản thân, điều này rất tốt cho 1 fresher như tôi.
Mình chưa phải OT lần nào. Không biết có team nào OT không nhưng team mình thì chưa có.
Suggestions for improvement:
Tôi chưa nghĩ ra là công ty nên cải thiện việc gì nhưng nếu được thì công ty có thể làm cái ly giữ nhiệt hoặc cuốn sổ có logo để tặng nhân viên không?
