What I liked:
Trong những công ty tôi đã làm việc thì tôi vẫn rất thích GeoComply nhất, bời vì mọi người, đồng nghiệp đều rất vui và hỗ trợ lẫn nhau. Lương thưởng rõ ràng và đặc biệt là có chính sách L&D budget, tôi hay sử dụng để học yoga và học thêm tiếng anh.
Công ty global nên làm việc với thời gian linh hoạt, sắp xếp thời gian làm việc để hoàn thành nhiệm vụ được giao là ok.
Suggestions for improvement:
Kinh tế chung đang bất ổn, công ty cũng có những thay đổi để vượt qua tình hình suy thoái kinh tế hiện tại. Hi vọng qua năm sau, mọi thứ sẽ như những năm cũ.
