The company provides a good environment for employees to gain practical experience, work on real projects, and collaborate with people from different teams. I also value the culture of teamwork and knowledge sharing, which makes it easier to learn from others and develop professionally.
Overtime is generally manageable, and the workload and working hours are handled reasonably well.
Suggestions for improvement:
The company could continue improving communication between teams and providing more opportunities for employees to receive regular feedback and participate in training programs. Clearer career development paths and more structured learning opportunities would also help employees better understand how they can grow within the company.
