What I liked:
- Lương thưởng rất cạnh tranh, không ảnh hưởng đến tình hình kinh tế như hiện nay.
- Tuyển dụng khắt khe nên các đồng nghiệp, đồng môn toàn siêu phầm. Và chắc do mức độ may mắn của bản thân nên mình và làm việc với một nhóm thân thiện, hướng ngoại, chia sẻ và hỗ trợ.
- Thiết bị làm việc cho nhân viên đầy đủ.
- Giờ làm việc flexible,nên cuộc sống cân bằng có thời gian cho gia đình, bạn bè còn cả đồng nghiệp. Dĩ nhiên là còn tùy vào năng lực làm việc của mình nữa.
- Có nhiều cơ hội học không những về tech mới mà còn nhiều điều khác nữa nên không thể kể hết đâu.
- Điều mình thích nhất là cho dù ngày nắng, ngày mưa, ngày lễ, ngày nghỉ thì mình đều được ting ting đúng người đúng thời điểm :))
Các chính sách như bonus, OT, ngày phép đều rõ ràng., minh bạch.
Suggestions for improvement:
Cũng chưa nghĩ ra cần cải thiện gì, khi nào có mình lên cập nhật nhé.
