- No significant gap between managers and employees. The work environment is friendly, fun, and supportive.
- Start-up spirit: you can experiment, make mistakes, and improve.
The company does not mandate overtime. If project-related overtime is needed, support policies are in place.
Suggestions for improvement:
The building is old, and the office is not very modern. We look forward to moving to a new office by the end of the year as planned.
