Mọi quy định chính sách đều rất rõ ràng và quy định bằng văn bản. Nên mình k lo bị thiệt hay cty làm điều j bất lợi cho nhân viên
Team mình k phải OT, nhưng mình thấy các team khác nếu OT sẽ có lương cụ thể ghi rõ trong quy định luôn
Suggestions for improvement:
Mình thấy cty có khá nhiều bạn nữ trong độ tuổi lấy chồng và chuẩn bị sinh con. Mình muốn đề xuất có 1 không gian nhỏ kín dành cho chị em phụ nữ, để sau này mn có thể dùng phòng đó để vắt sữa, nghỉ ngơi 1 chút nếu bị đau bụng,...
