What I liked:
- Được trang bị iMac thuận tiện cho công việc.
- Văn phòng đẹp, thời gian làm việc thoải mái.
- Có ăn trưa, bánh kẹo, sữa chua, ...
- Quy trình training và làm việc cho fresher rất tốt. Có pair programming giúp học hỏi nhanh. Sử dụng nhiều công nghệ mới.
- Đồng nghiệp thân thiện, thường xuyên giúp đỡ nhau và hỗ trợ người mới.
- Có phòng bóng bàn, bi lắc.
- Review lương mỗi 6 tháng.
Hầu như không OT. Thời gian làm việc rất linh hoạt. OT ngày lễ được trả rất cao.
Suggestions for improvement:
- Nên có chế độ bảo hiểm tốt hơn.
- Nên hỗ trợ WFH nhiều hơn.
