What I liked:
- DTS không chỉ là một tổ chức mà còn là một gia đình. Tôi đã được chứng kiến một môi trường làm việc mà mọi người đều được khuyến khích và hỗ trợ để phát triển cả trong mặt cá nhân lẫn trong sự nghiệp.
- Công ty có cung cấp chi phí học, thi các chứng chỉ.
- Nhiều hoạt động vui chơi, các CLB hoạt động sôi nổi.
- Ngoài các ngày nghỉ theo lịch VN còn được nghỉ thêm 2 kì nghỉ theo lịch của Nhật.
Công ty phần mềm và đã có chính sách lương OT rõ ràng
