Hầu hết các team đều phải OT do deploy và oncall
OT chỉ quy ra ngày nghỉ

Legacy system nhiều
Văn phòng ko đủ chỗ nếu ko đc remote
Lương tốt, làm remote, khối lượng công việc vừa phải (ko cần OT)
