What I liked:
Được làm việc với lượng user lớn, data nhiều insight. Nên phát triển cả tech lẫn nghiệp vụ tài chính nhanh. Mọi người trong công ty cởi mở sẵn sàng support lẫn nhau để đạt mục tiêu chung. Từ chủ tịch, cto đến các sếp đều rất biết lắng nghe ae nhân viên, không có sự xa cách
Work hard, play hard. Khối lượng công việc lớn, lương cao hơn thị trường, thưởng KPI rất hấp dẫn
Suggestions for improvement:
Nhiều đầu sản phẩm cần phải maintain nên phải switch context nhiều
Công ty có môi trường tốt để phát triển về tech và các chính sách ổn
