What I liked:
Môi trường làm việc ko toxic, ko drama, mọi người xung quanh hoà đồng, thẳng thắn với nhau, thân thiện, nhiều support để phát triển career của bản thân, xác nhập vào endava nên nguồn tài liệu mở rộng hơn
Công ty hầu như không OT, trường hợp đặc biệt khách hàng sẽ request OT, có thể reject và handover cho teammate làm nếu bản thân mình bận
Suggestions for improvement:
Mọi thứ đều khá ok, trừ mỗi lương lậu là hơi lỏ, nhận feedback PE tốt, nma lương tăng ko ăn thua :3
