Môi trường thân thiện, phúc lợi nhỏ tốt nhưng cơ hội thăng tiến chưa rõ ràng

What I liked:
- Đóng bảo hiểm full lương, trả lương đúng hạn, có nhiều chính sách phúc lợi nhỏ.
- Môi trường lành mạnh, đồng nghiệp vui vẻ, giám đốc có tâm.
- Quy định không quá khắt khe, môi trường không cổ hủ.
Công ty phù hợp với những ai muốn gắn bó lâu dài với một công ty hoặc mong muốn tìm môi trường ổn định để gắn bó đến khi nghỉ hưu.
Suggestions for improvement:
- Lương chưa hấp dẫn
- Không có quy trình tăng lương hàng năm rõ ràng, chỉ có những người năm đó được tăng lương mới biết, còn những người không được tăng lương thì vẫn cứ nghĩ năm đó không tăng lương.
- Cơ hội thăng tiến cho những người trẻ thấp, do công ty có nhiều người gắn bó lâu dài, các lão thành ngồi trụ vị trí đó. Những người được thăng tiến lên leader cũng đã làm trong công ty ít nhất 10 năm. Những người trẻ gần như chôn chân dù có 5-8 năm kinh nghiệm và phải ngồi chờ thời. Ngoại trừ vài trường hợp build team mới.
- Leader và manager thì tùy team và tùy phòng ban, có người giỏi cũng có người dở.
Lương chưa cao nhưng môi trường thân thiện, thoải mái
