What I liked:
- Công ty không ngại thay đổi cho phù hợp với tình hình chung. Trước bỏ vụ làm t7 giờ thì cho làm hybrid, thích lên công ty thì lên không thì ngồi ở nhà. Nói chung là chịu khó để ý thay đổi chế độ, anh em làm việc tinh thần cũng thoải mái, hỗ trợ nhau hết mình
- đi làm thôi chứ drama gì cũng không có mấy
- cuối giờ hay tụ tập chơi ma sói hoặc bi lắc cũng khá vui
cũng không cần OT mấy nên không chia sẻ được vụ này
Suggestions for improvement:
- lương ok nhưng thưởng tầm trung so với các bên khác
Công ty dạo này thay đổi nhiều chế độ hợp lý đấy :v
