What I liked:
Anh em trong công ty hòa đồng, vui vẻ. Tùy vào dự án, sẽ có dự án rất nhàn và có nhiều thời gian rảnh, và cũng sẽ có dự án dí sml
Chế độ OT rõ ràng, sẽ lương tăng ca. Trong trường hợp OT nhiều quá thì sẽ chuyển qua nghỉ bù
Suggestions for improvement:
Cần cải thiện mức lương, hiện tại đang thấp hơn thị trường nên là khá khó để giữ chân nhân viên để làm lâu dài
Môi trường trẻ, sếp tốt, dự án không đều

The salary is really good, the manager always tries to increase my salary before I request. There are many training courses about soft skills, celebrated by the CEO, and self-training about technical.
Suggestions for improvement
Boss is like a sun. Way too hot sometimes. So it's best if he just stays and works from home a couple of days. Please keep doing what you are doing :)
