What I liked:
Cơ hội onsite và được đào tạo tiếng Nhật free.
Sếp rất tốt.
Môi trường đa số là các bạn trẻ.
Sếp cũng hỗ trợ nhân viên rất nhiều
Dự án thì tùy. Có lúc nhiều lúc ít.
Suggestions for improvement:
Công ty chưa có process rõ ràng và đang xây dựng process.
Dự án phụ thuộc lớn vào công ty mẹ
Môi trường làm việc lý tưởng

What I liked
The salary is really good, the manager always tries to increase my salary before I request. There are many training courses about soft skills, celebrated by the CEO, and self-training about technical.
Suggestions for improvement
Boss is like a sun. Way too hot sometimes. So it's best if he just stays and works from home a couple of days. Please keep doing what you are doing :)
