What I liked:
- Công ty luôn quan tâm và hỗ trợ đến sự phát triển của nhân viên. Có ngân sách để học các khoá học (5tr/năm/người) theo định hướng của nhân viên. Ngoài ra còn tổ chức nhiều talk, training nhiều chủ đề, được host bởi cả nhân viên và mời chuyên gia bên ngoài.
- Đồng nghiệp siêu thân thiện, tôn trọng lẫn nhau, có kiến thức chuyên môn tốt. Các sếp luôn lắng nghe và tiếp nhận ý kiến của nhân viên. Có lộ trình thăng tiến rõ ràng.
- Trong dự án công việc, cách làm việc luôn rõ ràng. Môi trường và thời gian làm việc flexible, chú trọng vào chất lượng sản phẩm hơn.
- Cấp Macbook để làm việc, hoặc tuỳ vị trí sẽ cấp màn hình, ...
- Có tổ chức tiệc các dịp lễ, có budget liên quan dự án, pantry có đồ ăn, cà phê, trà, ...
Công ty ít OT. Nhưng nếu có OT thì sẽ rõ ràng
