What I liked:
- Team HR luôn quan tâm và giúp đỡ nhân viên.
- Technical lead luôn sẵn sàng giúp đỡ các vấn đề khó.
- Trang thiết bị làm việc rất tốt.
- IT support rất nhanh và tích cực, các vấn đề luôn được xử lý nhanh và ổn định.
- Hoạt động văn hoá luôn được chăm sóc kỹ càng.
- Sự quan tâm từ các lãnh đạo overseas là luôn có, tất cả các đóng góp của nhân viên với sự thành công của công ty luôn được ghi nhận đúng mức.
- Môi trường làm việc hybrid thoải mái cho nhân viên.
Công ty không làm việc overtime. Tất cả công việc đều được estimate đúng mức nên không xảy ra tình trạng overload cho nhân viên.
Suggestions for improvement:
- Nếu có thể nên cân nhắc mở rộng đối tượng khách hàng ngoài khu vực Oceana.
