Môi trường làm việc rất chuyên nghiệp và thân thiện
What I liked
_Công ty của New Zealand nên được sử dụng tiếng Anh để giao tiếp mỗi ngày.
_Áp dụng hybrid work - nhân viên có thể tới office hoặc work from home tùy ý.
_Công ty tuyển chủ yếu từ level Middle đến Senior nên có nhiều người giỏi để có thể học hỏi.
_Môi trường làm việc thân thiện và gần gũi, ban giám đốc rất quan tâm đến văn hóa công ty và "work life balance" của nhân viên.
_Không có nhiều cuộc meeting không liên quan đến công việc, đối với mình meeting quá nhiều cũng là 1 dạng áp lực. Ở CodeHQ mình thường chỉ có 1 đến 2 cuộc meeting ngắn vào buổi sáng.
_Mặc dù công ty không quá lớn nhưng nhiều anh chị nhân viên đã gắn bó với công ty từ 5 đến 20 năm, đó cũng là điều tạo được thiện cảm rất lớn trong ngành IT.
Thị trường New Zealand nên hiếm khi thấy nhân viên OT. Nếu làm việc ở các công ty Úc và New Zealand bạn sẽ thấy được sự thoải mái đó.
Suggestions for improvement
Đợt hết dịch vừa rồi công ty áp dụng work from home 100% nên nhân viên muốn lên office cũng cần phải có team nhân sự hoặc IT mở cửa. Sau cuộc khảo sát ý kiến nhân viên, ban giám đốc đã lắng nghe và áp dụng chế độ hybrid work, nhân viên có thể quét vân tay để làm việc tại office tùy ý.
Đa số góp ý của nhân viên đều được ghi nhận sau các cuộc khảo sát định kì. Hiện tại mình chưa thấy có điều gì công ty cần cải thiện.
Môi trường làm việc, đồng nghiệp, benefit và policy rất tốt.
