What I liked:
CMC provides a collaborative and friendly working environment where colleagues are always willing to help each other. I had the opportunity to work on challenging projects, learn new technologies, and improve both my technical and communication skills. The company encourages continuous learning and offers good opportunities for career development.
Overtime is well managed, communicated in advance, and compensated according to company policy.
Suggestions for improvement:
It would be great to have a clearer career progression framework and more frequent feedback sessions. Expanding technical training programs and improving cross-team communication would also help employees grow and collaborate more effectively.
