Có cơ hội làm dự án ODC với khách và không bị công ty micro manage
Tuỳ tình hình tài chính hiện tại của đơn vị nhưng đối với mình trường hợp của mình OT được trả lương rõ ràng
Suggestions for improvement:
Phỏng vấn level middle trở lên nên assign người cao hơn 1 2 level
