Công ty đang tập trung phát triển product: Suzuverse, Suzuwalk.
Sếp Nhật có kế hoạch chuẩn bị dài hạn để phát triển Product, cả về tiềm lực kinh tế.
Công việc nhiều thử thách (mk thấy cũng đúng thôi vì ứng dụng công nghệ mới)
Mọi người đều tập trung vào công việc. Không toxic. Sếp supportive
Ngày làm việc 7 tiếng từ 9h sáng
Chế độ OT rõ ràng, có thông báo đầy đủ. Trả lương đúng ngày, có tháng còn trả sớm hơn quy định
Suggestions for improvement:
Nếu ai thích cầm tay chỉ việc thì mk nghĩ môi trường ko phù hợp. Ở công ty mn rất chủ động trong công việc, linh hoạt, thích ứng nhanh với sự thay đổi
