What I liked:
Phúc lợi quá tốt: lương, thưởng, lễ tết, hỗ trợ ăn uống free brekfast and lunch, xe đưa đón tận nơi. Môi trường thân thiện, đồng nghiệp dễ thương, support nhiệt tình
OT lương trả đúng, nhưng OT phải theo quy định không quá 40h 1 tháng
Suggestions for improvement:
Hơi xa nhà, nên thức sớm. còn lại không có gì để bàn, quá tốt
mọi thứ đều ổn

The salary is really good, the manager always tries to increase my salary before I request. There are many training courses about soft skills, celebrated by the CEO, and self-training about technical.
Suggestions for improvement
Boss is like a sun. Way too hot sometimes. So it's best if he just stays and works from home a couple of days. Please keep doing what you are doing :)
