What I liked:
- Công ty có văn phòng đẹp, 4 tầng rộng rãi, có pantry mỗi tầng, phòng gym, yoga
- Bảo hiểm PVI cho cả nhân viên và người thân
- BOD có chính sách để phát triển kỹ năng và năng lực cho nhân viên, như tiếng Anh (thi TOEIC), hỗ trợ công cụ AI (Gemini Pro, Replit)
- Hay được công ty tặng quà, lì xì vào các dịp lễ
- Có nhiều party, hoạt động ăn uống vui vẻ
Công ty hầu như không OT, nếu có cũng được trả lương và giờ phép bù lại
Suggestions for improvement:
Hiện tại mình khá hài lòng nên chưa thấy có điểm gì cần cải thiện, nếu có thì mong công ty tăng ngân sách học tập để học được những khóa học chất lượng
