What I liked:
+Môi trường làm việc luôn năng động và thân thiện, mọi người luôn giúp đỡ lẫn nhau để phát triển, công ty phát triển phần mềm theo quy trình Agile rất phù hợp với các bạn sinh viên mới ra trường muốn học hỏi và tìm kiếm môi trường có định hướng rõ ràng để phát triển bản thân và gắn bó lâu dài.
+Được trang bị đầy đủ các thiết bị phục vụ cho công việc.
+Phúc lợi rất tốt về nhiều mặt và được đi du lịch nghỉ mát đầy đủ(Đặc biệt có máy chơi game PS5 siêu xịn cho nhân viên giải trí).
+Leader vui vẻ và luôn lắng nghe ý kiến từ nhân viên.
+Rất ít khi OT, nếu có là do tự nguyện và được nghỉ ngơi bù cho ngày hôm sau.
Công ty luôn cho nghỉ ngơi bù cho ngày hôm sau nếu có OT
OT rất ít
Suggestions for improvement:
Nên có thêm hoạt động thể thao để rèn luyện sức khỏe, còn lại mọi thứ đều rất tốt
