What I liked:
- Môi trường làm việc thân thiện, hòa đồng, không toxic.
- Quan trọng là khích lệ nhân viên phát triển, được hỗ trợ học Anh văn và chuyên môn thêm.
- Công ty có mua bảo hiểm sức khỏe cá nhân bên ngoài.
- Thích việc công ty đóng BHXH full lương nè.
- 1 năm đi du lịch tận 2 lần luôn nên tha hồ chill.
- Hàng tháng cứ đi ăn buffet, mỗi tháng một quán nên thành ra biết nhiều quán ghê.
- Khám sức khỏe hàng năm, đi xem phim, quà sinh nhật, nhiều phúc lợi quá kể không hết.
- Chưa OT luôn á, làm từ thứ 2 đến thứ 6 thôi nè nên khá ổn.
Suggestions for improvement:
- Hài lòng quá nên chưa nghĩ ra điều cải thiện luôn, mong sắp tới có thêm nhiều phúc lợi bất ngờ hơn nữa .^^.
